Flexibility Classes

Defy Gravity offers 4 different kinds of flexibility classes:


BUNZ- Ass, Abs and Splits!

A fast paced class that uses an ab and ass building, super hot warm up to lead into stretching for all 3 splits (both sides front and middles) plus Pancake. Goal oriented for Splits and a flat Pancake.


A gentle class for opening tight shoulders and upper back, and strengthening the entire back and core to safely dive into middle and low backbends. Goal oriented for backbends for floorwork and closed pole poses.

Ultra Flex -Prep

Focusing mainly on strengthening and stabilising joints such as knees and hips. And also strengthening the back. Very useful for hyper mobile people or those born with great flexibility in either hips or back that now need the strength to use that flex wisely.

Ultra Flex - Entire Body

Focusing on all 3 splits, pancake, shoulder and upper to lower backbends. Ultra Flex Prep is recommended before trying this class.

All flexibility classes are currently only available via VIP One2One either In-Studio or Online.

All the above classes can be booked as a VIP (private one2one) session, that has the advantage of the Instructors individual attention and bespoke adjustments. Please get in touch to enquire about available days and times.
